At a young age he was introduced to many sounds of music which captured his ability to dance. This paved the way to recognize Hip-Hop, Rockin’ aka Breakin’. Engaged to Hip Hop by its elements he continued his journey as a teenager. Entering this uncharted world created his tag RIVAL. Thru his continued dedication Rival has acquired skills and experiences in the many facets of this dance ( i.e. Cyphering, Battling, Competing, Commercial/Entertainment/Theatrical work, Street Dancing, Training, Teaching & Learning ). Rival has also created and organized events ( Cypher in the Hood (Cypha in da Hood) Bboy & Bgirl event, 2008 East Coast Overdose, Freedom of Expressions). He started, operated, and owned a small business named NBK Studio. A facility where people could go and learn about the many elements of hip hop culture. His continued passion and dedication has created the platform for BBOY BGIRL LIFESTYLE. Rival has experienced wins, losses, draws, recognition and non-recognition in the public eye.
